After a quick Google search, several options came up, but this one stood out right away: the charming company name, excellent reviews, and beautifully unique floral arrangements on a thoughtfully designed website really caught my eye. I placed an order, and the flowers were arranged and delivered the same day. The florist even sent a courtesy email with a photo of the arrangement before delivery (I had never seen a florist do that before and thought it was such a wonderful touch-see attached!). I emailed the owner to thank them for sending the photo, and they replied letting me know that the business office where the flowers were originally supposed to be delivered had already closed. Rather than leaving them outside or waiting until another day, they kindly called the recipient and then went out of their way to deliver the arrangement to the recipient’s home address that same day: no questions asked and no extra charges for the inconvenience. I was beyond impressed by both the quality of the flowers and the exceptional customer service. As an entrepreneur and small business owner myself, I’m always proud to support locally owned businesses that go the extra mile. We started doing that because we wanted our customers to feel connected to the process — you trusted us with something meaningful, and it felt right to show you the finished work before it left the studio. As for the delivery — when we arrived and found the office closed due to the weather, leaving the flowers behind just wasn't something we were willing to do. A quick call, a new address, and we were back out in it — same day, flowers delivered, mission accomplished. It means a lot that you searched for a local Raleigh florist from so far away and put your trust in us. Thank you for your order — it was truly a pleasure to be part of your gesture. I really liked all the flower arrangements by Hidden Door Floral Studio and I chose their Palermo bouquet. It had the right mixture of autumn colours I was looking for and that special occasion feel without being overly dramatic. Anyway, I was really impressed with how easy it was to order the flowers and I even received an image of the finished arrangment before it was sent out. The flowers were delivered to my parents\' home in Santa Monica by 4pm that day and they were very well received. I was told by my mother that they were beautiful and they had a lovely smell of roses. So thank you very much for saving my bacon and making me look good for my parent\'s anniversary. Everything about this studio and experience was impressive--easy ordering, accurate to design, definitely a quality designer styled product, and the customer service top notch from my experience. I live in Orange County and needed to send flowers to my aunt who lives in the South Bay area so that's why I searched for a florist closer to her; however, I'm now inclined to check out their studio and even pick up an arrangement if they don't deliver to the area--they impressed me that much!
